Small place but very nice and cozy. They have a lot of maffins, croissants, a little of cheese cake sold by portions. Fresh and tasty.

Celebrating my granddaughter’s 21st birthday I wanted to get a cake for the celebration. Not being familiar with Big Bear I read reviews on this bakery. It did not disappoint!! I picked the cookies n’ cream cake. It was 4 layers tall & yummy! I called 2 days ahead & they said they couldn’t do anything fancy because of the short time, but would write Happy 21st Birthday & her name. I asked if there was anyway they could put a couple of sunflowers (her favorite) & she said no & was sorry. I accepted that since I was the procrastinator in ordering. I picked the cake up at the agreed on time & it was ready AND they added a few sunflowers!! I was so excited to see the cake!! Everyone gave the cake a thumbs up on flavor, freshness, & decorating. Thank you Sister My Sister Bake Shop! You really came thru! And my daughter & I enjoyed meeting your mother who is very proud of both of you!! If I’m in Big Bear again I will definitely go there for some scrumptious looking goodies!!

Beautiful and delicious cake/dessert table for my wedding. Lucy had everything set up and delivered to the venue on the day of the wedding, it was perfect and stress free! Highly recommend.

Honestly if I could give them 10 starts I would. I've been ordering cakes from Lucy (one of the owners) for 2 years now and I'm never let down. She has done every birthday cake I've ever needed and even my sister in laws wedding cake. She makes the most high quality cakes and frosting from scratch. If you are looking for a custom cake here is the place to go for any events you have.

Sister My Sister Bake Shop is hands down the BEST bakery I've ever been to! Being a Wedding Photographer, I've tasted a looot of cakes and treats, but none have come close to the delicious treats Lucy + her team makes! Lucy is such a hard worker and puts so much love into everything she creates. I tell everyone who comes to visit Big Bear that Sister My Sister is a MUST stop! From her moist cupcakes, mouthwatering pie bars (mixed berry is my favorite), fresh bread, better than Cinnabon cinnamon rolls and all the beautiful/creative creations, I am always impressed! She even has delicious gluten-free items! The prices are extremely reasonable, considering the high quality. The atmosphere there is always warm and welcoming. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for yummy treats for their wedding/any event or just need a sweet-tooth fix! Love you Lucy!!!

Kinda bland didn't even finish the deserts and customer service could be a lot better to. Honestly when she was bothered by our questions after we told her it was our first time we normally just walk out, should have on this place

Be careful of the safe food handling practices at this place. I went on July 4th. The girl working used the same glove to pick up food directly, open doors, take and exchange money and run her hand through her hair. I watched and she didn't change her gloves for the next customer either. It makes me wonder what other things happen when the food is made. No food item is worth getting sick over.

I had two graduation cakes made at Sister My Sister Bake Shop. The finished products were absolutely beautiful and very very tasty!! You will never have to worry about the finish product, the artistic talent is out of this world!! We love this bake shop and will always use them!!

It's a small bakery but their goods are huge on taste. Baked fresh daily from their cakes, cookies, pastries, and pies, absolutely yummy. Oh, and their customer service outstanding.

Loved their tasty muffins! Also liked the cherry cheesecake and cupcakes. Wouldn't buy the cookies again. Nice little variety of baked goods but can't count on them having what you came back for on another day (muffins).

Love the bake goods at Sister my Sister. Delicious and well done. Everything I've ever tried there has been really tasty. I love that we have this bakery up here. But, it took me thru tourist traffic 1 hour and 40 minutes to get my delicious baked goods today. Well worth the trip. I will enjoy every bite.

DELICIOUS BAKED GOODS!! I had a lemon bar which was pretty much the best I've ever had. Lucy made my sister's wedding cake and each tier was a different flavor and the cake was absolutely gorgeous. The honey lavender cake was divine! Like nothing I've ever had and I wish I had some right now! On top of the delicious treats, the staff are friendly and wonderful!

Wonderful, quaint dessert place! The desserts are a delicious, guilty pleasure. I always come here at least twice during my stay in Big Bear and on my way back home. It is very much worth the trip!

Lucy was so great with me and my now husband. She was very precise with taking my order, and her price was extremely reasonable. Most importantly, her cake was the best tasting cake I ever had. I ordered a two-tierd cake for my wedding with strawberry on top and vanilla on the bottom and couldn't be happier with my choice. BUT, the best part was the cupcakes! We had several different flavors and the cupcakes were apparently the best part of my wedding! They didn't taste store bought at all! They were so delicious, moist, and you can taste the different style of how Lucy mixes her ingredients. Lucy and her family business is a botique bakery that you can trust. She is truly an artist. Finally tried this place after passing it daily.. First impression, the cookies on the counter were amazing; and overall, the service was excellent. We special ordered a cheesecake for the holidays. Picked it up and everything looked yummy. But.. We were let down. At best, the cheesecake was marginal. Very expensive for what I thought would be an outstanding cake, but unfortunately wasn't. It's too bad as I had high hopes for this bakery. I may be back to try something else, this just happened to be my first experience here.

This place is so charmng. Its great if your looking for something basic like a cookie or something over the top like a wedding cake. The pastries are delicious and not to mention the lavender cupcakes are devine with a cup of tea at 2 in the afternoon!

I'm from out of town, but spent a weekend in Big Bear for a couple birthdays and ordered a cake with a Peruvian flag on it. This isn't an easy flag to make but it came out perfect - everyone loved it and I was very impressed. Tasted great as well, I would definitely recommend this bake shop.

I ordered my mom's 50th birthday cake here and I'm so glad I did. I always see the amazing cakes that Lucy makes on their Instagram account and my moms cake was just as amazing. The cake was gorgeous and SOOO DELICIOUS! Highly recommend

Some of the best pastries i have ever had. Me and my wife had the cheesecake and cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting, it was delicious!! The prices were great and the food was very fresh. The staff was veey attentive and friendly. We will definately be returning.

We stopped in to try this cute bakery . It was so delicious we were amazed and in love with pastries. We had a cinamon roll and a slice of cherry cheesecake. Wow, wow amd WOW! Best cinamom roll witj cremcheese deostimg i have ever had. And the made feom scratch cheescake is to die for. The treats jere are dedimtlt made with loce amd attention. Nothing was too sweet it was just right! Don't think about it just stop in and see for your self! And Hilda was amazimg and so sweet! I wanted to go right back and buy more treats! It was really that good!!

We stopped in during our Big Bear vacation and fell in love with their “honey lavender” cupcakes! So delicious!

The staff was friendly cupcakes were great but the cinnamon rools were very dry and old. The sticky buns tasted stale and dry. I love the presentation but I tried a few other items and only the cupcakes were great.

Amazing! Extremely flavorful, best baked goods I think I have ever had. EXPENSIVE, but worth it. I'll very likely be back. I had ordered almost one of everything and was a fan of every item.

If you love peanut butter, you have to come here. There's also a banana split cupcake, which is something I've never seen before, and the woman at the counter is wonderful!

Real baked goods. This little shop bakes from scratch and from the heart. Small selection of desert staples and definitely worth a try. Wish they had a tea pot selection so you could really relax and enjoy your treat.
